OPENING THE LINES OF COMMUNICATION
There are a variety of ways to open the lines of communication with the people in your organization.Use as many different methods as possible.
- Verbal (one on one meetings, group meetings,teleconferencing)
- Written (memos, reports, email, suggestion box,newsletters, brochures, Employee HappinessSurvey*)
- Visual (posters, videos, DVDs, screensavers,websites)
Keeping people informed does not give them power over the organization, but rather the power to do their job more efficiently.Whenever you think you have communicated enough, do more!
